Resellers: DNS CNAME Record
A CNAME record will be needed to point your URL to our server. For example, to create a CNAME record for voice.viirtue.com, you would need to make a CNAME record that points the host (voice) to our server, portal-cloud.5060.cloud. See the screenshot below for an example.
Once this is uploaded, going to your URL should hit our splash screen. If your URL is not in the address bar but you are still on our splash screen, the CNAME record was not done correctly or a different type of record was made.
