Add/Modify Greetings Belonging to the Domain User

Concept

When a new domain is created the system creates a new user named domain. This user houses all default greeting files and images for the domain. This article uses the example of the dial by name directory greeting but the same instructions apply for other greetings belonging to the domain user.

Procedure

Admin UI Configuration

1. In the Admin UI of the Core Module navigate to Applications > Greetings.
2. Filter on the domain you are working on and click domain in the User Name field.
3. Then click on Upload Greeting to change the greeting.
4.  Find the file in this article below to upload, then select greeting 3, then type Directory in the greeting name. Then click Start Upload Greeting.
