Assigning Phones to users

 In the user’s tab there you can see a phone tab you can add physical devices or cell phones you’ll abele to register the extensions.

First of you click the phone tab then click the 260 to edit the phone 

There you can see modal, settings there you can see all your registered credential all you need. Then you first select the modal and add MAC address then line number then save.

Sometimes you need to add multiple extinctions so you need to add phone click the tab then add phone suffix, then you can add the same steps given above. 

Advanced Tab

 The advanced tab has a few useful settings that office managers, and
 resellers can take advantage of.

 1. Resetting a user allows the extension to be wiped and reused for a new
 person. Voicemail greetings, answering rules, etc will be “factory reset”.
 2. The welcome email can be sent to users who would like to login to the
 portal. The email allows them to enter a new password and voicemail pin
 before gaining access.
 3. Force password reset will make the user change their password on the next
 login attempt.
