How to switch GoVoIP to make calls using cell instead of through the app
- Login to the GoVoIP app using provided credentials.
Host ID: Ask Your Provider
User: Portal User (ext@domain)
Pass: Portal Password
- Once logged in click the three lines to bring up the menu. Then click on settings. (see below)
- Once in settings you should see your cell number at the top and at the bottom you can change the default calling method to Mobile Phone. See below.

- Once that change is made you can dial a number like normal in the app and our system will make a call to your mobile phone. Once you answer it will ring out to the person you are trying to reach.
